RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Please contact us in advance to reschedule or cancel your booking without penalty.

Services canceled 0-48 hours before start time of tour: 100% Penalty

Services canceled 48 hours or more before start time of tour: No Penalty

Cancellation Policy for Groups 4+ People:

Services canceled 0-48 hours before start time of tour: 100% Penalty.

Services canceled 2-7 days before start time of tour: 50% penalty.

Services canceled 7 days or more before start time of tour: No Penalty

Weather-dependent experience; alternate date or full refund for cancellations due to bad weather.

Minimum traveler requirement; full refund, alternate date, or experience offered if the minimum isn’t met.
